Outpatient treatment benefits

Contrary to popular belief, recovery does not always end with just inpatient treatment. It carries onto how you readjust to your daily living. There comes a time of course where you have to readjust back into the real world. However, with the struggles and temptations of the world, it may seem daunting to try and confront your past lifestyle head on. But you are never alone with Florida Recovery Group. With our Outpatient Addiction Treatment Program, you will be able to maintain personal support for your recovery process. We offer both individual and group meetings through regular check up sessions. Florida Recovery Group understands how scary it is to leave the comforts of support, so our goal is to coach you into being able to stand on your own two feet against addiction.

Much like the inpatient treatment program, outpatient counseling sessions offer a personal understanding of your recovery growth. Our individual therapists meet you as you are, not as anyone expects you to be. We don’t expect you to be perfect right out of the gate; struggles or fears are to be expected, and you are more than welcome to voice them to us. We access your current feelings and concerns, and from there we determine the best course of action for getting you on track with your life. Recovery is never a simple course, and our counselors understand that your journey requires balancing your needs with the demands of the world around you.

Aside from the one-on-one counseling, our group meetings provide a different form of support. When one continues to be engaged in a community of like-minded people, they carry a greater amount of accountability. It is easy to feel like the weight of the world is on your shoulders when you are fighting addiction alone. However, when you share your story of progress with others, you begin to learn more about the reality of recovery. Any similarities will let you know that they are going through the same situations. Any differences will offer new perspectives for you to exchange and learn from.

If your ultimate goal is to move back into the world and start living beyond addiction, then the best thing you can do is to get involved in a community again. Some areas such as work and old friends may not be able to understand your perspective on addiction, but an Outpatient treatment program will be able to see things from your side. Your counselors and peers can give you confidence when you need it most, and from there you will be able to stand alone on the same level of confidence that you dreamed of at the start of Recovery.
