As part of our comprehensive step-down program, individuals transitioning from PHP to the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) have the opportunity to move into our IOP House located in Delray Beach. This transition is a pivotal moment in the recovery journey, offering a structured but increasingly independent living environment that supports the individual’s continued growth and development. Its spacious living areas are perfect for relaxation and leisure, providing a comfortable and homely environment for residents to continue working on their recovery.

Florida Recovery Group currently manages four sober living homes in Delray Beach. Our sober homes are located within quiet residential areas just blocks from downtown Delray Beach and less than 2 miles from the beach.
All properties include video surveillance, relaxation area and ample parking are just a few of the great amenities.

Relax and reflect in our expansive outdoor patio areas, complete with lounge chairs and tables. Each home is outfitted with WiFi, washers and dryers, and TVs equipped with cable and Netflix for your convenience. Benefit from onsite recovery support meetings, structured living rules including a curfew, engaging in sober activities, and help with job placement.

Each unit also includes WiFi, washers & dryers and TVs with DirecTV & Netflix. Additional features include onsite recovery support meetings with structured rules/curfew, 24-hour supervision, sober activities, job placement, gym access and van transportation for outside meetings.
